Logistics Data Entry Clerk – Solihull (Automotive Logistics)

Hours: Rotating shifts – 05:45–13:45 / 13:45–21:45 / 21:45–05:45 (40 paid hours per week)
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Solihull, B92 area
Start: Immediate

What You’ll Do
1. Create spreadsheets using MS Excel
2. Electronic and physical delivery note checking
3. Booking in and data matching
4. Handling calls and responding to emails
5. Supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous data entry or warehouse admin experience
7. Extensive Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and pivot tables – proof of experience will be required
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
9. Good level of English and computer literacy
10. Experience in transport/logistics is desirable
11. Knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/Red Prairie/Blue Yonder) is an advantage, but not essential
12. Ability to work a 3-shift rotation (mornings, afternoons, nights)
13. Own transport or live locally to Solihull
