Connect founder vision, audience insight and market dynamics into actionable frameworks and solutions that guide design and go‑to‑market. You'll lead market research, define brand positioning, and work with the creative team to deliver consultancy project with
unique brand characters.
What You'll Do
* Capture the bigger picture: join the founders to understand their vision and key brand objectives.
* Scan the landscape: carry out primary and secondary research; conduct competitive review; create brand positioning maps and strategies.
* Build the brand: define the brand's vision, mission, and values along with the founders; identify market segmentation, positioning, audience personas, and unique value propositions.
* Work closely with the Creative Designer: inform creative strategies; co-create brand guidelines; review design against brand strategy.
* Keep momentum: be ready for weekly checkpoints with the account manager and the founders.
What You'll Produce
* Market research & competitive review report
* Brand strategy deck (positioning, key statements)
* Brand guidelines handbook (co-created with Creative Designer)
Candidate Requirements
* Background or strong interest in marketing / strategy / communications / business / economics / consulting. Multidisciplinary curiosity is also strongly encouraged
* Market research skills & insight: you can not only conduct effective market research, but also draw unique insight from a large pool of information.
* Leadership: you take initiatives and you are confident with the decisions you make.
* Passion: you bring passion to your work and the rest of the team.
* Comfort with 10‑week sprints per project and cross‑disciplinary teamwork.
* Applicants must be current university students.
* There are no restrictions regarding nationality, major, or university location.
Nice‑to‑Haves
* Survey design & basic data analysis in Sheets
* Light SEO / keyword mapping for messaging
* Experience running consultancy project

How We Work (Cadence)
* 10‑week project sprints
* Weekly 45–60 min client checkpoint + async updates
* Typical commitment 3–6 hrs/week (peaks 6–10 hrs near milestones)
Commitment & Compensation
Our projects run on a part-time, project-based model (around 10 weeks each). As a pro-bono, student-led consultancy, we currently do not offer financial compensation. Instead, we focus on providing meaningful hands-on experience, close collaboration with founders, and strong portfolio pieces to support your career.
