Join our team today.We are looking for a highly motivated Process Manager to lead the training and development of our Production and MEICA teams across Drinking Water Services.In this role, you will design and deliver training programmes from the ground up, translating complex technical information into practical, accessible learning for a wide range of operational employees-from control room operators to maintenance technicians. You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce is fully equipped to operate new and evolving water treatment processes safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Design and deliver technical training programmes tailored to operational and maintenance teamsTranslate complex technical information into clear operating procedures, site manuals, and training materialsCollaborate with Production and MEICA Managers to develop, review, and improve operating proceduresEnsure training programmes are delivered in line with project timelines as new treatment processes go liveSupport the delivery of statutory and compliance-related training across the Bournemouth areaMonitor and manage staff training records to ensure full regulatory complianceContinuously identify opportunities to improve learning approaches, materials, and delivery methodsSkills & Experience Essential: Experience working within a production or operational environmentDemonstrable experience delivering training to groupsStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong IT skills, with experience using corporate systemsDesirable: Experience working within a 24/7 operational environmentKnowledge of water treatment processes, systems, or regulatory frameworksQualifications Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and EnglishHNC / Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or willingness to obtainIOSH / NEBOSH certification (or willingness to achieve)Previous supervisory or management experiencePersonal Attributes Strong leadership mindset with a passion for developing othersConfident in challenging and influencing where necessaryAble to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMethodical and decisive in decision-makingMotivational and able to inspire high performance in othersCollaborative, with a commitment to fostering a positive team cultureFair, objective, and constructive in feedback and performance managementAdditional Requirements Full UK driving licenceWillingness to participate in a standby rotaAbility to work cross-functionally and represent the business in wider forumsClosing Date: Friday 19th June 2026We may close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of applications.
