Responsibilities
* Drive net‑new business and exceed sales quotas
* Prospect and develop relationships with companies with 50+ employees within your assigned territory
* Engage directly with decision‑makers and C‑level executives
* Maintain a consistent pipeline by advancing in‑person meetings with qualified prospects
* Close new accounts and collect all necessary implementation documentation
* Support new clients through the go‑live process
* Maintain expert knowledge of the company's HR software platform through ongoing training
* Travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel
* Contribute to additional projects as needed
Qualifications Education
* Bachelor's degree required (Business or Professional Selling preferred)
Experience
* Proven success in a competitive, fast‑paced B2B sales environment
* Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and performance metrics
* Experience may include full‑time B2B sales, B2B internships, or collegiate sales competitions

* Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers
