About The Job
LaunchDarkly is a rapidly growing software company focused on helping developers de‑risk every release and reduce outages. As the Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales you will lead and develop a high‑performing team of Account Executives, own key customer relationships, and drive strategic deals to closure, while contributing to our global corporate sales strategy.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Corporate Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
* Provide tactical coaching on pipeline management, deal progression, and customer engagement strategies
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead quality, conversion, and retention
* Own team and individual performance targets, ensuring consistent overachievement against quarterly and annual quotas
* Hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent; build an inclusive, high‑performance culture
* Participate in and contribute to the global Corporate Sales strategy— influencing process improvement, sales methodologies, and regional initiatives
* Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting and forecast updates using Salesforce and sales analytics tools
* Leverage strong business acumen to guide complex deal cycles and coach team members through multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales motions
* Represent LaunchDarkly in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry events
Qualifications
* 12+ years of SaaS sales experience
* 3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, evolving environment
* Passion for mentoring others while maintaining personal accountability for results
* Experience selling to technology buyers or developer‑centric audiences
* Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, DevOps, or feature management tools
