About the role
You will co-lead the strategic partner engagement to foster collaboration, cohesion, and impact, working closely with FCDO implementation roles. You will catalyse political leadership and envision how change can happen via the Hub. Your responsibilities include identifying political opportunities, securing partnerships at global and country levels, and communicating with diverse political audiences. Collaboration is key, as the Hub operates in a flexible, matrixed environment across pillars. You will play a senior leadership role alongside the Academic Director, Director of Evidence Translation, and Programme Director, helping develop the hub as a leading and impactful delivery partner. This is a fixed-term position until 30 April 2026.
About you
You should have strong technical policy leadership skills, extensive networks, and the ability to inspire collaboration and build relationships with strategic partners. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with experience working with diverse backgrounds and at various levels. You should have strategic engagement experience with academic, policymaker, and civil society leaders, including organizations like the World Bank, UNICEF, and the Gates Foundation.
