What you’ll be doing * Managing cost control across live projects from early stages through delivery * Preparing cost plans, valuations and financial reports * Supporting procurement, tendering and contractor management * Advising project teams on cost, risk and value * Working closely with technical and project colleagues on specialist schemes What they’re looking for * Experience operating at Senior QS level * Consultancy background welcome but not essential * Chartered status preferred but not required * Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility * Open to learning fire safety and remediation work with full support What’s in it for you * Salary up to £65,000 plus...
