Job Title: History Teacher Location: Sheffield (S5 & S9) Pay Rate: Up to £1100 per week (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate/January 2026 Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time Are you a passionate and knowledgeable History Teacher looking to inspire pupils and bring the past to life in the S5 & S9 areas of Sheffield? As a History Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging History lessons in line with the national curriculum. Encourage critical thinking, debate, and source analysis. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times. Requirements for the role: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification. Experience teaching History at school level. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
