We’re looking for a Creative Campaign Producer / Project Manager to lead multi-channel projects — from video production, animation, and social content through to integrated marketing campaigns and digital activations. What You’ll Do Client & Stakeholder Liaison Assume client and account management lead role to manage key relationships. Guide clients through the pitch proposal process. Research, creative development, production, and executional delivery. Act as a trusted expert and communicator at every stage of the process. Project Management Shape campaign and video production briefs into actionable schedules and scopes of work. Oversee creative delivery across video, animation, digital, and campaign channels. Collaborate with creative and production teams to maintain quality and timelines. Manage suppliers and freelancers, ensuring top-tier delivery and value. Budget Management Create and manage budgets, proposals, and reconciliations. Oversee supplier costs, timelines, and client billing. Ensure accurate reporting and financial control throughout each project. Creative & Production Expertise Confidently manage creative workflows across media and video production. Maintain strong understanding of production processes, from storyboarding to final delivery. Help maintain and elevate creative standards across every touchpoint. Ongoing Development Be an agency ambassador — collaborative, curious, and client-focused. Share new ideas, tools, and suppliers that enhance creative output. Spot and develop new opportunities within existing accounts. What We’re Looking For Proven agency (or hybrid agency/client-side) experience in creative or campaign project management, video production essential. Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience delivering high impact immersive campaign and video-led or integrated marketing campaigns. A proactive, collaborative, and positive mindset — with energy, curiosity, and focus.
