We are looking for
Care Support Workers
to join our residential service Ty Richards in Llanelli, for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that may challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exceptional service, providing outstanding care and support.

Responsibilities
The activities you will take part in are wide-ranging and centred around the individual you are supporting.
You will be trained to offer person-centred support, which promotes dignity, independence and well-being.
We operate a number of services, some of which are very complex and you may be required to work within challenging environments.
You will actively promote independence in accessing the local community, and encourage engaging in work and further education where possible.
In a domestic setting, you will help individuals learn to cook and keep their living space clean and tidy.
You will provide focused support to assist people with individual tasks, personal care and medication needs.

Additional information.
We offer a variety of contracted hours (22 to 45 hours), shift patterns will vary and you will be required to work weekends and night shifts, as required, on a rota basis.
If not already qualified you will be enabled to undertake a QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care qualification as part of the role after successful completion of the probationary period. You will be fully supported in achieving this.
Experience in care is not essential as full training will be given.
