Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 4.30pm Job description Job Responsibilities: Switchboard call handing Reception administrative duties Receiving clients & visitors Liaising with hosts, security & kitchen Hospitality requests Facilities coordinator support including (but not limited to) raising supplier orders, allocating facilities management job orders, service record receipting, contractor bookings and record keeping Inter-site car hire management CAFM reporting of fault Maintaining meeting room standards Required profile Minimum Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Additional Job Standards: 9 month fixed term contract Work experience in reception or customer service role Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under strict deadline Computing skills, including word processing and use of Microsoft Office packages General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration with internal teams Great communication skills needed to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc. If youre looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!
