OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts. Salary: £32,000 Per Annum Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus Company Car. Here at Charles Hurst, we seek an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. We're looking for someone passionate about the automotive industry with extensive knowledge in parts, either Franchise or After-market. With direct purchase accounts with over ten Franchise marques and an established After-market range, we offer a unique proposition to our customers. The Parts Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, operating from our Trade Parts Hub. Responsibilities include identifying new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and increasing parts sales through expansion of parts ranges purchased. Key abilities required are maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies to increase revenues, supporting the Trade Hub team, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with sales and transport managers to focus on high-potential areas. Experience in a similar automotive environment with a proven sales record in B2B trade parts is essential. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, IT literate (Excel, Word, CDK/Kerridge), with experience monitoring financial performance and excellent negotiation skills.
