We are looking for a creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join our growing team.
Rosette experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
There will be the opportunity to bring to life your own menu creations with innovative flavour pairings, plate designs and attention to detail.
The pastry chef alongside the head chef will be responsible for managing and developing the existing and new range of breads, desserts and sweet treats that will be produced in house. There is full scope to develop our afternoon tea offerings and dessert creations and share your knowledge with other team members.
