Currently, the Lining Division is recruiting for a Remedial Analyst to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the region. As part of the central function you will work closely with all our clients and contribute to their AMP8 objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career.
About the Role
Reporting to the Lining Assurance Team Leader, you will review CCTV footage, look for defects, imperfections, and take remedial action where needed. The role is ideal for a tech‑savvy person with an eye for detail looking for a new career path.
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (half‑day lunch)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Access internal databases and review footage to assess the integrity and condition of pipes.
* Escalate findings to the appropriate systems or departments.
* Prepare completed work data.
* Input and collate data.
* Ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate.
* Assist with planning.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Wincan experience.
* Structure coding and report production.
* Understanding of no‑dig remedial techniques.
Experience and Qualifications
* Computer literate.
* Professional and effective communication with external parties and site teams.
* Experience with mapping systems (GIS Redline, MAP 16 & Odyssey).
* Reliable, tolerant and able to work collaboratively.
* Well‑presented and professional appearance.
* Understanding of street works.
