About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join our team at our Motorstore in Warrington. Your role will be heavily sales-focused, but also centered around providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
As a Product Consultant, you'll assist customers from the moment they walk in, helping them find the right car and offering a great aftersales experience. You don't need to be a car fanatic—just love helping people, have energy and enthusiasm, and be ready to rise to challenges.
Daily Responsibilities
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5-star service
* Building and maintaining genuine relationships with customers
* Selling appropriate finance and service packages with integrity
* Coordinating vehicle orders and deliveries
* Meeting sales targets and customer experience standards
* Working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines
* Following up with customers for aftersales opportunities

* Full driving license held for at least 1 year
