Audit Senior – Exciting Opportunity in a top firm!
We’re looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join a busy and supportive professional services team. This is a great chance to take ownership of audits, work with diverse clients, and mentor junior team members.
What you’ll do:
* Lead statutory audits for partnerships and charities.
* Prepare financial statements in line with accounting standards.
* Draft corporation tax computations and analyse tax items.
* Work closely with clients, providing clear advice and building strong relationships.
* Support the development of trainees and junior staff.
* Collaborate with senior management to deliver high-quality audits.
* Keep up to date with legislative and accounting standard changes.
Who we’re looking for:
* Qualified Accountant with practice experience in audit and accounts.
* Strong knowledge of UK company audits.
* Proficient in accounting software (SAGE, Xero, QuickBooks, Kashflow) and Microsoft Office; experience with audit automation tools is a plus.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent communicator with confidence in managing professional client relationships.
* Proactive, collaborative, and keen to share knowledge.
