Salary: £16.37 per hour | 37 hours per week | Monday–Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a committed Patch Manager to join our Client. This role is key to managing housing services within an allocated patch, ensuring excellent customer service and effective resolution of housing issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage an allocated patch and respond to housing queries.
2. Handle transfers, arrears, and anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.
3. Attend meetings as required to support housing operations.
4. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
5. IT Proficiency: Beginner
6. Experience: Less than 1 year
7. Full driving licence required.
8. Access NI (Basic) clearance.
