This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to vulnerable adults. The service supports individuals with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour, and plays a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and meaningful daily activities. Key Responsibilities Support the Day Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. Take full operational responsibility for Ashchurch Centre in the Manager’s absence. Ensure the safe and effective delivery of services with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety compliance.
