The Opportunity
Join the beating heart of Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe!
We're looking for an energetic, organised, and welcoming Events & Administration Coordinator to lead internal events and provide first-class front-of-house and administrative support at our renowned Craft Centre.
* Be the face of the Craft Centre, welcoming guests and colleagues alike.
* Plan, coordinate, and host internal events to a high standard, including meetings, demos, and customer visits.
* Ensure all details are covered—catering, room setup, signage, tech, parking, and more.
* Provide administrative support across Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe, Bakery, Innovation Kitchen, and Production areas. Support external events and represent YOPPS in the community. Maintain the building's appearance and smooth operation.
The Ideal Candidate

* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Personable, proactive, and ownership-driven
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage priorities
* Full UK driving license and flexible working availability
* GCSEs/A-Levels with good numeracy and literacy skills
