We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Duties
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
* Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
* Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
* Develop and implement innovative drink menus while maintaining quality control.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and training needs.
* Computer literate, managing CCTV

Skills
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
* Background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Previous experience as a barista or knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
