Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Resourcer to join their well-established interim legal resourcing division. This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality interim legal solutions to a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in identifying talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting the wider growth of the interim consulting function.
Responsibilities
* Support the full resourcing and shortlisting process for interim and consultancy assignments
* Coordinate interviews in collaboration with the Resourcing Administrator
* Maintain regular contact with active consultants, monitoring performance and potential redeployment
* Contribute to internal team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Identify business development opportunities using tools such as LinkedIn and market insights
* Build strong working relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Deliver commercial targets in line with service-level agreements and annual objectives
Requirements
* 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house); experience in legal or professional services is advantageous
* Strong sourcing skills, with experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong administrative skills and commercial acumen
