I am looking for a senior copywriter to join a well known global sports agency on a 3 month FTC (scope to be extended)
* Starting Asap - Need someone within the next 1/2 weeks
* This is a hybrid position 4 days in house and Fridays WFH (Please only apply if you can go in-house 4 days a week, no flex on this)
Responsibilities
* You will lead and own the development of the agency's core communications.
* Develop and write compelling content for the agency’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency that effectively communicates the services, values, and industry expertise.
* Lead our LinkedIn strategy, collaborate with executives to develop thought leadership content, including blog posts, opinion pieces, and interviews.
* Will be working closely with the Corporate Team to draft key messaging for public relations campaigns.
* Reporting into the Creative Director
Experience
* Degree in English, journalism, comms, marketing or related field
* 4-5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation or editorial
* Previous sports industry experience within agency
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in writing across various formats and platforms.
* B2B and B2C experience
* Passionate about the sports industry
* Ability to run multiple projects in a fast paced position.
