An exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Mobility as a Customer Assistance Representative.

The role involves joining our team at our Teesside location.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 or 08:30-17:30

Training & Development

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service via phone and in person, along with administrative support. Key tasks include:

* Building customer relationships
* Communication via phone, email, and in person
* Marketing and relationship building
* Problem solving and working to deadlines
* Managing multiple tasks and working both independently and in teams

Additional Information

* Opportunities for promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative within 10-12 months
* Participation in internal development programs in areas like Fleet Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
* Further promotion prospects include Lead Customer Assistance Representative, Assistant Depot Manager, Depot Manager, etc.
