The Opportunity
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a UK Immunology Commercial Director! In this role, you will develop short to long-term business strategies, partner closely with EMEA stakeholders, and achieve relevant patient outcomes, commercial, sales, and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be leading and developing the UK Immunology 3–5-year strategy and annual business plan focused on improving patient outcomes, achieving commercial targets, and delivering sustainable growth
* Partner with the UK Immunology Country Value Team (CVT) to understand the external environment and develop plans that shape strategy and deliver business goals
* Shape and influence EMEA strategies, plans, and tactics to ensure they reflect the needs of the UK market and support consistent localisation
* Lead and develop high-performance commercial teams to meet current and future business unit needs
* Build partnerships externally to develop insights that contribute to shaping policy and decision-making while improving outcomes, trust, and transparency
* Oversee financial business planning and performance, including P&L, sales forecasts, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
