An exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Governance sub-team within the wider Legal function in one of the fastest-growing and most innovative companies in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of company secretarial and corporate governance support to the Group.
Key accountabilities
1. Company Secretarial Assistant will provide timely and expert corporate governance support to the Group, and heads of department
2. Ensure all company registers are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
3. Assist the wider Legal team in maintaining relevant policies approved by the relevant Boards/committees.
4. Provide wide-ranging assistance on company secretarial matters, including but not limited to: drafting agendas, Board and shareholder resolutions, and other relevant company secretarial documentation;
5. Attending and taking minutes of meetings and facilitating their timely review by relevant stakeholders;
6. Recording actions arising from meetings and following up with action owners on progress;
7. Completing corporate, statutory and regulatory filings.
