Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Learning and Development
Practitioner Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional
skills in workplace learning, training delivery, and employee development while working
towards a nationally recognized qualification.
What you’ll do
* Support the design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning
* Prepare learning materials and help run both virtual and in‑person training
* Engage with learners, track progress, and maintain accurate records
* Help create and update training content across different formats
* Gather feedback and support continuous improvement of L&D processes
* Provide admin support: scheduling, LMS updates, event coordination, logistics
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4/A*–C), including English & Maths
* Eligible for a Level 3 apprenticeship + right to work in the UK
* Good communication skills, organisation, attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
* Positive attitude, team player, interest in learning & development
Desirable: experience in training/education/customer service, familiarity with LMS or virtual training tools
Apprenticeship Program Details
Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
* Duration: Typically 18-24 months
* Includes End Point Assessment (EPA)
Training & Development
* Structured on-the-job training and mentoring
* Regular attendance at training sessions with an approved training provider
* 20% off-the-job training as part of the apprenticeship requirements
* Support from an experienced workplace mentor
* Opportunities to shadow senior L&D professionals

Assessment
* Portfolio of evidence demonstrating competency
