Southend Care is looking for an enthusiastic Field Care Supervisor to join our community care team in Southend-on-Sea. In this role, you will provide support and supervision to Community Carers, manage care plans, and ensure efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in social care, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it, and have strong communication skills. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
