How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead and deliver improvement projects that generate measurable business benefits.
2. Champion Lean culture and best practice methods, inspiring teams to embrace change.
3. Apply robust problem-solving tools and techniques to drive sustainable improvements.
4. Build and design dashboards using Tableau and PowerApps, and work confidently with tools like Salesforce and SAP.
5. Travel internationally up to 20% of your time to collaborate with global teams.
What You Bring
6. A degree in Engineering or the sciences, with strong analytical skills.
7. Recognised Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
8. Proven ability to create data solutions using relational databases and analytics software, plus advanced MS Office skills.
9. Passion for process improvement, data-driven results, and structured methodologies.
10. Experience building relationships, leading project teams, managing conflict, and driving engagement.
11. Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
