What we’re looking for
5. A great communicator
6. Confident and comfortable with speaking on the phone, over email and other sources of communication.
7. Comfortable with working with numbers and understanding the importance of correct data entry – this role will include data entry onto a number of systems where product codes can be similar.
8. Previous experience in a customer service role is desired but as long as you have a positive attitude, we can teach you the rest.
9. Self-motivated with great customer service skills – you will be interacting with our customers on a daily basis, so relationship building is key
Location
We can offer a full-time or hybrid approach from our Peterborough office. Ideally you will need to be able to come to the office 1-2 times a week but there is opportunity to be in the office full time if this works better for you!
