Description:
We’re recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead a busy distribution hub based in Milton Keynes, combining team leadership with specialist responsibility for global logistics and systems.
The Role
1. Manage end-to-end international shipping, including complex exports
2. Oversee warehouse operations, stock control, and high-value inventory
3. Lead and develop a small warehouse team
4. Take ownership of SAP/WMS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
5. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation
Essential Experience
6. Proven warehouse management experience with a strong logistics focus
7. Solid knowledge of international shipping and import/export procedures
8. Hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP/WMS systems)
9. Experience managing or supervising staff
10. Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance and documentation
