Imperial College Health NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for applicants to apply the post of Andrology Senior Fellow (Post CCT). This Fellowship will be for a fixed term period of 12 months to commence in October 2025. The fellowship represents an excellent opportunity for a senior trainee who wishes to embark on a career in Andrology and Penile prosthetic surgery.
The post is based in the Imperial College Urology Department at the Charing Cross Hospital, a supra-regional referral centre for Andrology and penile prosthetics in NW and SW London. The Fellowship will involve exposure to all elements of Andrology management including clinic, MDT and substantial operative experience.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to work closely with colleagues and the Directorate management team in developing the ability of the department to respond to operational pressures together with clinical governance and longer term service strategies. The Directorate structure encourages clinician involvement in the management process of the Trust.
The post holder will participate in the day-to-day running of the urology unit attending a minimum of 2 operating theatre sessions, two outpatient clinics and a diagnostic list per week.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder is expected to share in the provision of cover for annual and study leave of the other SpR’s within the department, in a manner to ensure an adequate level Specialist Registrar cover at all times.
This is a new post and therefore the timetable will develop according to the candidate’s needs. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and will be based at both Imperial and University College Hospitals NHS Trusts.
