They’re now looking for a passionate and organised Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service from breakfast through to dinner.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
* Leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts
* Coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver warm and attentive service
* Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure excellent communication and consistency
* Managing rotas, stock, ordering and operational costs
* Handling guest feedback with professionalism and using it to improve service standards
