Essential requirements for a successful Hickory's Restaurant Trainer:
* Previous training or coaching experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment.
* Experience with project management.
* Ability to work within strict timeframes.
* Willingness to undertake overnight stays.
* Passion for sharing knowledge with team members and guests.
* Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop teams to meet Hickory's standards.
* Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and helping teams reach their full potential.
* Welcoming, empathetic, and engaging personality.
* Drive to identify areas for improvement, think creatively, and support team members persistently.
* Ability to evaluate processes and introduce new ideas.
* Open and honest communication skills, including giving constructive feedback.
* Capability to set and uphold high standards.

* A package of up to £15.70 per hour including Tip Jar, with tips potentially adding up to £3.00 per hour.
