We’re currently looking for a Service and Sales Executive to join our dynamic UK & Ireland team. Reporting to the Service and Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Area Sales Managers, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with Area Sales Managers to help achieve annual sales targets.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve service issues and identify sales opportunities.
* Making proactive service and sales calls to meet agreed targets.
* Maximising upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
* Recording and managing customer interactions using our CRM system.
* Building trust and loyalty by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
* Contributing to a collaborative team environment and company-wide goals.
* Maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude while juggling multiple tasks.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine interest in golf and curiosity about golf equipment.
* Proven experience in a customer service or inside sales role, ideally with upselling or warm calling.
* Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
* Strong customer service focus and professional phone etiquette.
* Confident using MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
