Responsibilities
* Supporting all customer visits from the technical side of the business
* Supporting 3rd party accreditation compliance and audit preparation
* Supporting raw material risk assessments for the site
* Implementation and maintenance of customer Code of Practice
* Audit performance (Standard, Customer, Legal Requirements)
* Assisting customer complaints reduction
* Aiding the site to retain a BRC AA+ grade
* Supporting Quality Management System maintenance
* Raising and closing out supplier non‑conformances
* Export preparation and compliance, documentation and visits
* Managing and maintaining the internal audit system, including audit assignment and corrective action close‑out
* Generating customer KPI’s against timescales
* Preparing for new product launches
* Controlling label changes for promotions and seasonal change
* Managing raw material testing schedules to ensure compliance with customer and 3rd‑party standards, including risk assessments
Qualifications
* Experience working in a food manufacturing environment within a Technical function
* Experience working on specification platforms across a variety of retailers
* Exposure to retailer Code of Practice
* Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
* Level 3 HACCP
* A passion for food and an enthusiasm to learn in a fast‑paced sector of the industry
