MK Search are working with a leading M&E contractor with a strong presence across the residential and hotel sectors who due to a number of project wins in central London are looking for for x2 mechanical supervisors to join their London division. Project are all notable mixed use residential projects in partnership with leading main contractors and developers with MEP values ranging from £10-£35m.
Reporting to a mechanical project manager you will be tasked with taking control of a mix of direct labour and specialist subcontractors to manage through to PC
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and plant installation Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to spec, on time and within budget Liaise with the site management team, engineers, and other trades Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance across site activities Conduct inspections, snagging, and handovers
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on residential projects Mechanical trade qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) SSSTS certification (essential) Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices Ability to read drawings and coordinate M&E installations effectively
