Class 1 Tramper Location : Haverfordwest, West Wales Shift : 5 out of 7 Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence? About the Role As a Class 1 Tramper, you will: Safely load and unload palletised and caged products from refrigerated vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled securely throughout the process.
Work from the Haverfordwest base, completing deliveries to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) across Wales.
Perform manual handling tasks, including handballing and self-tipping.
Use your company-issued phone to carry out thorough daily vehicle safety inspections, helping us maintain the highest standards of road safety and reliability.
Stay in regular contact with our transport team, providing updates on your progress to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Take part in regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications You must hold a valid UK Class 1 CE licence, enabling you to operate articulated vehicles with confidence and professionalism.
A current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) and a Digital Tachograph Driver Card are essential to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
Previous experience working with refrigerated trailers is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided to get you up to speed.
