Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a recognized name in the industry, offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, full cloud solution embedded in major ERP providers.
Role Responsibilities:
* Player-coach of a team of 3, leading sales efforts to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, partners, and clients.
* Develop and execute strategies to sell Enterprise Tax determination solutions, leveraging existing relationships.
* Hunt for deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale deal space, supported by a multi-billion dollar business.
* Build and lead a team focusing on specific ERP providers to develop enterprise deals.
* Report directly to SVP level and promote a hunter culture within the team.
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, variable compensation, benefits, and vested stock options in an imminent exit business.
Candidate Requirements:
* 10+ years in senior sales roles, with a proven track record in closing enterprise deals valued between $500 million and $3 billion.
* Expertise in ERP Financials solutions, especially Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems.
* Experience leading a sales team, familiar with methodologies such as Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar.
* Strong network within the UK&I territory, particularly in Oracle and SAP partner ecosystems.
* Hands-on sales leadership experience, capable of building and leading a team of 3-4 specialists in different ERP providers.
* Ability to sell Tax or E-invoicing solutions integrated with major ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Existing contacts within Oracle and partner networks to develop deal pipelines.
* Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions is advantageous, but ERP solution expertise is essential.
