Overview
EFL Teachers are responsiblefor planning and delivering highquality EFL lessons following theANGLO syllabus. ANGLO sessions promote the communicative approachwith emphasis on speaking and listening skills.
Your role &responsibilities
* To liaise with theTeaching Manager and/or WTS with regards to all relevant teachingand student matters.
* To teach levelsand course types as directed by the TM/WTS and to plan all classessufficiently and mark students work.
* To selectappropriate supplementary materials demonstrating sensitivity tothe students needs and cultural backgrounds.
* To completeattendance registers accurately and to report any absence orsickness to the TM/ATM at the beginning of eachlesson.
* To be familiarwith and follow guidelines outlined in the TeacherManual.
* To attend andparticipate in teacher briefings meetings and CPD sessions as andwhen required.
* To ensure studentsare prepared for presentations excursions and culturalvisits.
* To respond to anyissues incidents and or complaints in an appropriate and timelymanner; ensuring that the Teaching Manager is informed asrequired.
* To exploit everyopportunity for students to learn English both inside and outsidethe classroom.
* To create apositive learning environment which is well organised and supportsthe introduction of British culture as part of thecurriculum.
* To providestudents with adequate feedback on their work.
* To accuratelycomplete the students weekly academic reports.
* To follow ANGLO ssafeguarding and welfare policies at all times.
* To demonstrate ahigh level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Essential
* First degree TEFLiqualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: CELTA TrinityCertTESOL)
* Native ornearnative Englishfluency
* Subscribedto the DBS Update Service or willing to undertake a DBS check (orforeign equivalent where applicable)
* Dynamic teachingapproach

Benefits
PAY:Weekly pay: 566 per full week
HOURS:Between 9:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday (up to 8 hours per dayincluding 7 teaching hours and 1 paid planninghour)
CONTRACT:Temporary fixedterm
PREPARATION:Induction before start of classes. Comprehensive training providedon arrival. Continued onthejob supportgiven
