Housing Officer - Homes and Communities
Location: Birmingham, B1 1SJ
Salary: £30,503.19 - £33,188.00 per annum, plus £1,680 car allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the role
We are seeking an experienced housing officer responsible for a patch of approximately 600 homes across a dispersed area. The role involves managing estate issues, addressing low-level ASB, tenancy sustainment, lettings, and other tenancy-related matters. If you have housing management experience, are capable of handling a demanding role, and are passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you.
About you
It is essential that you can work independently with minimal supervision, organizing your workload to meet goals and KPIs. The position is full-time, based at our Birmingham office, with travel across the Midlands. The role qualifies for an essential car user allowance.
