We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is keen to work with a company where they can have a long-term, lucrative career with opportunities for growth available.
This role offers a genuine £40k + OTE in year 1 and the chance to work with a dynamic and forward- thinking team and Directors.
Role/Responsibilities:
Lettings Negotiator
Dealing with new lettings enquiries, registering new applicants and discussing their requirements
Arranging and accompanying property viewings
Dealing with offers, negotiating and agreeing new tenancies
Conducting lettings progression through to successful move in
Identifying opportunities to generate new business
Prospecting for new clients and Lettings Valuations
Working closely with the team to achieve department objectives
Ensuring that a high level of customer service is achieved
