Key Responsibilities -
Schedule and coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Assist in preparing and updating property listings and marketing materials.
Manage and organise office correspondence and filing systems.
Support directors with administrative tasks and calendar management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.
Assist with social media updates and online marketing efforts.
Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings.
Liaise with clients to gather and verify property information.
Assist in organising company events and team activities.
Requirements -
Must be a driver
Good understanding of local demographic
Person Profile -
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Proactive attitude with excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Experience in customer service or administrative roles (advantageous but not essential)
Tech-savvy; comfortable using property management systems and social media platforms
Team player with a positive attitude
Adaptable and capable of working independently
Genuine interest in the real estate industry
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role

Monday, Friday, Saturday
21 hours per week (pro rata)
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary: £12,075 £14,700 (OTE £16,735)
Holiday: 15 days
