Job Title: New Business&Partnership Sales Manager
Location: Field Based
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Main Purpose of the role
* critical role to Oakhouse Foods/Pilgrim's Europe to expand our home delivered frozen food service beyond direct to consumer
* will drive new business by developing strategic partnerships & securing B2B contracts across care providers, NHS, local authorities & new distribution channels (e.g. vending) turning agreements & partnerships into sales revenue.
* Enhancing Oakhouse/Pilgrim's visibility as a quality frozen food provider that provides convenience for its customers without compromise.
Key Measurements of success
* Identify & secure new B2B contracts including care providers, NHS, local authorities & charities
* Working with NHS identify & secure contracts, manage tendering process working cross functionally with Oakhouse support teams on price, product & delivery.
* Win, develop & maintain strategic B2B alliances & referral partnerships with a plan to turn relationships into sales revenue through
* Expand frozen vending machines across the UK through healthcare & private sector
* Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitable scalable partnerships
* Engage with domiciliary care providers, assisted living facilities & hospices to integrate meal delivery into their service offering
* Attend / use education events to drive awareness of Oakhouse Foods range
* Use LinkedIn to make contact & develop relationships with decision makers
* Attend /use education evets to drive awareness of OH range
* Support franchisees in managing B2B client relationships & fulfilling orders
We are looking for:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or partnership management (ideally healthcare, food distribution)
* Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure contracts
* Ability to engage with decision makers (NHS procurement teams, care home managers or other buyers)
* Commercially minded, experienced in forecasting revenue
* Excellent relationship management & account development skills
* Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities into long term growth
