We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a leading college in Lancashire. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience and a passion for developing others, with full support provided to gain a teaching qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and ongoing development of the Motor Vehicle curriculum.
* Assist in teaching across programmes from Entry Level through to Level 3.
* Work alongside experienced lecturers to develop your teaching practice.
* Help build strong employer relationships and support opportunities such as industry placements.
* Plan and prepare engaging, high‑quality learning activities with guidance from your Line Manager and colleagues.
* Contribute to the creation and sharing of learning resources across the department.
* Build effective links within the College to enhance the learner experience.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (essential)
* Experience working with apprentices
* Passion for education and developing future talent
* Strong communication and organisational skills
