Job summary This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
