Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
3. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
4. Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
6. Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders and management.
7. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
8. Continuously evaluating project performance and implementing improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
9. Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry.
10. Strong leadership and organizational abilities to effectively manage teams and resources.
11. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
13. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and proactively.
14. Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
15. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
