Role Overview: Our client is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Sales Consultant/Business Development Manager, to help grow their lettings division by winning new landlord instructions and generating new business opportunities. This is a heavily sales focused role suited to someone commercially driven, target-oriented and confident generating their own leads. The successful candidate will benefit from genuine progression opportunities, strong internal support from an experienced operations team and an excellent commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Generating new landlord leads and business opportunities Prospecting landlords, investors and property owners Following up historic leads and previous valuation opportunities Networking with developers, brokers, solicitors and local businesses Attending landlord appointments and winning new instructions Explaining lettings and property management services confidently Negotiating and closing management agreements Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities Generating referral and cross-selling opportunities Ensuring smooth handovers to the lettings operations team Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the process Consistently contributing towards business growth targets Skills and Qualifications: Previous sales experience within property, recruitment, automotive, financial services or another target-driven environment Lettings experience desirable but not essential Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident generating leads and creating opportunities independently Commercially driven with strong closing ability Resilient, motivated and target focused Professional presentation and attention to detail Ability to build trust and relationships quickly Positive and competitive attitude Full UK driving licence preferred Strong local knowledge or willingness to develop this quickly Package and Benefits: Competitive basic salary plus commission - package open for discussion!
