Job Description
Whether our clients are chartering for Business or Leisure it is down to our sales consultants to manage the end to end process, from fully understanding the clients needs, sourcing the appropriate aircraft and managing the charter all the way through to arrival!
As a trainee broker, you will start your career with a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you learn on the job. During this time, you will go out on flight reps, seeing first-hand what goes into ensuring a charter goes off with ease. You’ll learn everything from how to build a sales list & generate new clients to which helicopters can carry what and of course, how to administer a charter flight!
Qualifications
Although this is a sales position, customer service is at the forefront of what we do. Our aim is to deliver a service beyond expectation so that we can retain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients!
The successful candidate will need:
* Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - essential
* Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
* Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
* Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
* Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
* Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
* Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
* *MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
* Must hold a full UK drivers license
