Director of Content Operations

At the heart of CGX is our founder and creator who designs and performs every workout. To protect the quality of that work as we grow, we are hiring a Director of Content Operations.
The role
As Director of Content Operations, you will own everything operational that surrounds CGX content so our Founder and Creator can focus fully on programming, performance, and creative leadership. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real authority, responsible for setting structure, removing friction, protecting time, and ensuring content is delivered to the highest standard.
What you will be responsible for
Protecting and supporting the creator
* Act as the single operational partner to the Founder and Creator
* Protect her time, energy, and focus at all times
* Ensure she is never pulled into logistics, coordination, or chasing
* Plan filming schedules around performance, recovery, and family life
* Create a calm, prepared, professional filming environment
Content planning and delivery
* Own the master content calendar across programs, series, and releases
* Plan filming cycles and production timelines with realistic pacing
* Ensure nothing starts without proper planning and readiness
Filming, studio, and production operations
* Own end‑to‑end filming and studio operations
* Ensure the studio is fully prepared in advance of every shoot
* Manage production and post‑production workflows
* Ensure consistency, quality, and on‑time delivery
Non‑workout content operations
* Own operational delivery of meal ideas, recipes, and knowledge articles
* Translate high‑level themes into clear execution plans
* Coordinate contributors, photographers, and suppliers
* Ensure follow‑ups, approvals, imagery, and metadata are handled proactively
* The Founder sets direction and standards, not delivery
CMS, metadata, and content readiness
* Own content operations input into the CMS
* Ensure content workflows are practical and reduce duplication
* Own metadata standards, accuracy, and completeness
* Maintain a single source of truth for content status
Team leadership and coordination
* Line‑manage content coordination and production roles
* Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
* Coordinate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering
* Remove blockers and resolve issues before they escalate
External partners
* Manage photographers, editors, writers, and other suppliers
* Ensure suppliers deliver to CGX standards
* Prevent operational noise reaching the creator
What this role is not
* It does not define training philosophy
* It does not design workouts
* It does not override creative authority
* It is not about volume over quality
* It is not a generic content management role
* It is not a role where the Founder is the operational safety net

Location and working style
* This is a full‑time role based in Belfast

* This role is not suited to fully remote working
