Join our client’s dynamic team as a Contract NVH Modal Test Engineer. We are seeking candidates with a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in modal testing, impact hammer and shaker setups, as well as transfer path analysis.
In this role, you will conduct vehicle and component modal performance assessments, support NVH investigations via transfer function measurements, and collaborate with CAE teams to enhance models. Your practical skills in fixture design, lab setup, and calibration will ensure the smooth running of our modal lab. You will also play a key part in troubleshooting complex NVH issues and driving continuous process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant experience in structural dynamics, vibration analysis, or similar fields, along with excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to testing.
